Fields Full of Life Whisky Full of Flavour

Over the years, farming in England has changed beyond measure. One type of seed, planted in uniform rows, in soil that’s been sprayed with chemicals and stripped of its nutrients. The grain grows to a uniform height, to create one type of flavour. It’s a process that manipulates nature from start to finish.

We're regenerating England's fields with heritage grains grown long before industrial farming took hold. We don't use chemicals. Our crops grow in clover, a natural fertiliser that helps the soil stay healthy. It means our fields are wild and glorious.

Our grains grow deeper roots and take in more nutrients from the soil, so they’re full of flavour. It means we’re putting the best (completely natural) ingredients into our stills.
