FIELDS FULL OF LIFE

WHISKY FULL OF FLAVOUR

STEP INTO THE FIELDS OF ENGLAND

We believe the countryside is what makes England, England.
A patchwork of life, stitched together by hedgerows and stonewalls. The fields of England are our inspiration.

So, how do you create a whisky of England?

Rye. A resilient grain that encourages thriving ecosystems and reflects the richness of the English countryside. Fields full of life. Whisky full of flavour.

FLAVOUR STARTS IN THE FIELD

DIVERSE GRAINS. HEALTHY ECOSYSTEMS. CHARACTERFUL WHISKY.

We choose to craft our whisky from Rye: a more resilient crop that requires less
agricultural intervention than traditional whisky crops, such as Barley. This encourages healthier ecosystems in the fields of England while producing naturally diverse grains. This diversity creates expressive flavour right at the very start of
our whisky-making process.

Everything we do next is to reveal the character of our grain. That’s why we say our flavour starts in the fields.
