• OUR MISSION

WITH EVERY BOTTLE OF WHISKY, WE’RE CHANGING FARMING - FIELD BY FIELD, HARVEST BY HARVEST.

  • OUR VISION

NO CHEM REGEN FARMING FOR ALL WHISKY

    WHAT IS NO CHEM REGEN?
    • OUR APPROACH

      FIELDS FULL OF LIFE

We’re bringing England’s fields back to life with diverse grains that thrive without chemicals - letting nature take the lead.

With healthy soils, clear waters and flourishing biodiversity in our fields, we’re nurturing wonderful and wild ecosystems above, at and below ground.

By working with nature and farmers, we can help cut agriculture’s giant carbon footprint.

This is no chem regen farming.

    • Low and no-chem farms have up to 30% more species richness than conventional farms

    • OUR APPROACH

      HAPPY FARMERS

We partner with farmers who want to work with nature and be kind to their land. By paying by the acre planted, and not yield per se, we shield our farmers from the commercial risks of a ‘poor harvest’.

We support their move to no chem regen, adapting our way of farming if needed but never, ever using chemicals.

Happy farmers grow fields full of life - and that makes whisky full of flavour.

    • We're growing on over 1400 acres across 18 farms. Our acreage has more than doubled since 2023!

    • OUR APPROACH

      WHISKY FULL OF FLAVOUR

So what does this mean for our whisky? We’re putting the best (completely natural) ingredients into our stills. Our grains grow tall and strong. Our fields are wild and glorious. And our whisky is full of flavour: think warm flaky pastry, butter and caramel.

Is it the grains? Is it the magic of nature? Who knows - and honestly, does it matter? It’s distinctly delicious rye whisky that’s changing farming.

    • We grow diverse grains that are naturally adapted to thrive without chemicals. It's a radically different approach - over 95% of grain used in whisky is grown with agro-chemicals.

  • WHY?

    Whisky is an agricultural product.

We are living in a climate crisis.

Agriculture is a large part of the problem.

Together, we can be part of the solution.
