ABOUT FIELDEN

This Father’s Day, we’ve partnered with Kent Wildflower Seeds to create the perfect gift for dads who appreciate craftsmanship, nature, and a touch of the unexpected.

We farm regeneratively, working with diverse grains grown without the use of chemicals. We plant directly into clover, never use chemicals, and nurture the soil. This clover-based regenerative grain growing system means there’s food in our fields for more plants, animals and insects to grow and thrive, both above and below ground. The Whisky & Wildflower Gift Set celebrates the wildflowers that grow amongst our grains.

Kent Wildflower Seeds is a fifth-generation family-owned agricultural merchant. In 2019 the business expanded into the production of native wildflower seeds and now harvests over 350 acres of downland and Wealden clay across the county.

Our grains are grown regeneratively, without the use of chemicals.There’s no need for chemicals because nature’s already doing the work. We plant a diverse mix - of heritage grains, organic grains and grains naturally adapted for no and low input systems. Over time our crops adapt - and keep adapting. They keep changing, naturally, becoming more resilient and full of flavour as they grow year on year.
