HARVEST 2019 RYE WHISKY

Harvest 2019 the first edition in our annual series celebrating Fielden’s grain harvest. Mild weather and summer rain meant the rye we harvested in 2019 was brighter and more delicate than previous years. It makes a whisky that tastes of early summer: fresh, floral and full of flavour.

HEDGEROW

Our first release in the Fieldnotes collection expresses the complexity and diversity of an English hedgerow, from blossoms to the berries and ripe rosehips, with a hazel and darker nut finish. Limited release of 1,000 individually numbered bottles.
